Litvinov Y. The opening technological principles and horizontal open pit mining fields quarrying with limited damage of natural resources

The dissertation is devoted to the technological interconnection support between the disclosure method and the quarry field development system as the improvement direction of the horizontal field development technological scheme, provided that there is a limited violation of natural resources. For the first time, the joint influence of the disclosure method and the horizontal field development system on the career reconstruction technology with the least damage to the surrounding environment has been determined. Reconstruction supposes the opening working horizons methods improvement by moving trenches, placing of mining equipment in a narrow working area, formation of a forward trench development in the sole of the inner bin, as well as the above ore layer development on the full width of the drive. As a result, the area of land drain decreases, the interior space is used more fully and the area of mining technical reclamation of the waste surface is increased. The conditions and efficiency of the research results implementation in relation to the Pokrovsky GOK manganese open-pit workings are determined.
