The dissertation is devoted to improve the quality of life of patients with metastatic breast cancer, undergoing chemotherapy according to the standard TC scheme, by prognosticating and preventing gastrointestinal and hematological toxicity. The work was performed on the basis of the analysis of the results of treatment of 101 patients with metastatic breast cancer.
