Prokopenko Y. Efficiency of management of innovative projects of machine-building enterprises in the conditions of eurointegration

The basic determinants of the concept of "effective management of innovative projects" were clarified in the work, which allowed to deepen the meaningful interpretation of this concept by the informational approach. The key parameters and criteria for assessing the cumulative effectiveness of management of innovative projects are outlined in a value-oriented approach. The method of multicriterial analysis of decision-making on innovative projects of high-tech machine-building enterprises was modified according to the qualimetric approach. The logistic-structural scheme of scenarios of economic development of Ukraine's economy as a whole and high-tech machine-building in particular were adjusted for foresight-methodology. The influence of balance of interests of stakeholders on the success of implementation of innovative projects is analyzed. The author's multi-criteria model of optimization of solutions based on the innovative project of machine-building enterprises of the rocket and space industry is proposed. Proposals and practical recommendations for the development of a mechanism for the formation by the machine-building enterprises of the rocket and space industry of the provision (reserve) coverage of unpredictable costs caused by the impairment of innovations, increasing the effectiveness of budget support for innovation projects of high-tech engineering enterprises, and increasing the effectiveness of the mechanism of tax incentives for innovative active machine-building enterprises.
