In the experiment, the plasticity stimulating effect of the biorevitalizants was investigated on the mucous membrane of the cheek. And on the model of experimental defect of bone tissue of rats osteotropic action of developed compositions on the basis of HA and ?-tricalcium phosphate was studied in dynamics on 14, 30 and 90 days. The biochemical parameters of blood serum and bone homogenate were studied. Clinically examined 214 patients with chronic fibrous, granulating and granulomatous periodontitis with acquired wide tooth root apex. Treatment of patients was carried out by the method of creating the apical obturation, and treatment of patients with chronic granulating and granulomatous periodontitis of the main group also by the method of extra withdrawal of the composition beyond the tooth.
