Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the treating optimization of the patients in the post-infarction period with the concomitance arterial hypertension (AH) and diabetes mellitus (DM), who had percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) for providing appropriate life quality and survival improvement, by means of development and implementation of the differential patient treating programs basing on the retrospective 24-mounth treatments’ adherence evaluation. Late hospitalization (more than 30 hours) was established from the moment of the onset of pain syndrome in patients with myocardial infarction and comorbidity, which limited the conduction of endovascular coronary intervention (42%). In 80% of patients, comorbidity is detected. Percutaneous coronary intervention in the conditions of comorbidity, significantly reduces the development of complications in the acute period of myocardial infarction. The annual survival rate of patients with comorbidity after invasive coronary artery bypass restorations is higher than in non-interventional patients. The use of primary percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with comorbidity in the long run (2 years) increases complance.
