Krynychko L. The improvement of intra- and postoperative prevention of the formation of pathological scars at surgical treatment of neck cysts of embryonic origin.

It has been proved that the combined using of PRF-clot on the intraoperative stage and ceruloplasmin on post-operative of prophylaxis, unlike monotherapy with fibrin membranes that was obtained from platelet-rich plasma, leads to better functional and aesthetic results, which significantly improves the quality of life of patients in the early and late postoperative periods. The effectiveness of the proposed method was confirmed in the study of the dynamics of clinical changes in P2 and P3 indices on 6 months and its small changes during the subsequent period of supervision. The morphological picture has visualized the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance on 6 months of the postoperative period: the connective tissue papilla was not visually different from those in the intact derma, the epithelial layers between them was characterized by a monomorphic pattern and relatively uniform dimensions. It was established that the concentration of DC after 3 months of observation was significantly reduced by 38.6%, after 6 months - by 25.3%, and after 9 months - by 13.0%, in relation to data of the third group.
