The thesis work is the first domestic research dedicated to the new direction in solving the current problem related to the study of peculiarities of phosphorus-calcium metabolism and the vitamin D level in children in the first year of life, born with a large body weight, on the basis of defining indicators of phosphorus-calcium metabolism, vitamin D level and bone metabolism by correcting the revealed disorders.
