Kharchenko V. The principles of the implementation of law enforcement functions of the state by the prosecutor's office of Ukraine

The law-enforcement function of the state has been investigated as an object of administrative and legal support provided by the system of law enforcement bodies, in which the prosecutor's offices occupy one of the main places, since their activities are carried out within the first and on the basis of the fundamental principles. In this connection, the definition of "the principles for the implementation of the law enforcement function of the state by the bodies of the Office of the Procurator of Ukraine" has been characterized and defined, their system has been established and a classification has been made according to which in the areas of implementation of this function they are divided into constitutional, procedural and special ones, and their further characterization in limits of their incarnation by the prosecutor's office. The international standards for the implementation of the law enforcement function of the state are determined by the prosecutor's office and the opportunities for their use in Ukraine are outlined.
