Ярина І. Clinical and laboratory substantiation of the use of a new domestic A-silicone impression material in the manufacture of non-removable constructions of dentures.

According to the results of the study, the effectiveness of orthopedic treatment of patients with irreversible structures of dentures has been increased by substantiating, developing and clinical application of a new domestic A-silicone material for obtaining anatomical imprints, which received the Ukrainian patent for the invention. The results of laboratory tests determined the optimal parameters of the new material, and the study of clinical and technological properties allowed to improve the quality of treatment and provide a reasonable and optimal selection of materials for the manufacture of orthopedic constructions. The method of assessing the clinical and technological quality of the silicone imprint material, which received the patent of Ukraine for the utility model, was developed. The analysis of the effectiveness of the clinical application of the material was based on its influence on the immune meta-bolic profile of patients indirectly through the non-removable orthopedic constructions. The application of the method of preparation with the symbol of the ledge allows you to get not only a high aesthetic effect, but also a qualitative biological integration of the non-removable orthopedic constructions in the tooth-jaw system.
