The purpose of the dissertation is to increase the efficiency of decision-making by developing models, methods and information technology to support individual customer needs in transport services organization systems. The object of the research is the process of supporting the decision-making regarding the choice of services in accordance with the individual needs of the customer. The subject of the study is the models, methods and information technology of decision support in the conditions of the individual needs of the customer in the organization of transport services. Methods of research are determined by the objectives and peculiarities of the analyzed object.
