Essay

The thesis is devoted to solving the actual scientific and applied problem of developing models and the method of information technology of service-oriented systems to ensure the functioning of the transport monitoring system in real time. The method was developed for predicting the time of arrival of a vehicle, the accuracy of which is 95%. The technology of monitoring of transport has been improved. The method of calculating the orthodromic distance was improved, the value of the mean absolute error is 3.03%. Further development of information technology to ensure the functioning of the transport monitoring system was obtained.
