The object of research is the interaction with the soil foundation of large-sized slab-pile foundations of multi-storey buildings. The research proposal is the parameters of a large-sized slab-pile foundation with a regular arrangement of piles. Scientific novelty of the work: a new design scheme has been proposed for the interaction of the soil foundation with the slab-pile foundation design, which takes into account the alternate formation of two compressible strata; A new method has been developed for determining the basic parameters of the slab-pile foundation with the primary inclusion of a grillage in the work of the slab and limiting the sediment of its foundation to the size of the gap between the slab and the piles; for the first time, the dependence of deformation and loss of bearing capacity over the soil of individual sections of a full-length two-section pile under the action of pressing static loads was established; On the basis of research, the use of the patented "ONLY-DOWN" method of soil testing by multi-section piles for detecting the dependence of deformation and determining the limiting bearing capacity of piles for pushing loads has been experimentally substantiated for the first time. The practical significance of the results: a new design of slab-pile foundations of a multi-storey building has been developed, the use of which leads to the effective use of the mechanical properties of the soil foundation; a method has been developed for testing soils of multiple sections of pile with a significant bearing capacity for pressing loads, with which it is possible to reveal the dependence of the deformation of each section and the bearing capacity of the pile; proposed a method for determining the sediment of single piles from the impact of pre-friction friction forces, which allows to take into account the initial precipitation of piles during plate deformation as part of the slab-pile foundation and to correct the gap between the plate and piles; A method for modeling the plate-pile foundation-base system was developed with the determination of the pre-friction friction forces on the lateral surface of the piles in the plate-pile foundation and their initial sediments using the finite element method.
