The thesis is devoted to solve an important scientific and technical problem of creating a technological filled epoxy polysiloxane coating to prevent sticking a tool with parts during cold plastic deformation (CPD) with carbide deforming broaches of parts made of titanium alloys. It has been established that the introduction of reactive polysiloxane particles (PSP) into a polymer filled with graphite improves the mechanical and tribological properties of the composite. It was shown that, in the field of small additives, simultaneously with the plasticizing effect, PSP has a reinforcing effect on the polymer, this increases the cohesive strength - the tensile strength increases, the creep decreases and the amount of highly elastic deformation increases, the hardness and modulus of elasticity increases, and the adhesion strength to titanium alloys at avulsion and shift increases. A uniform dense layered structure is formed, which contributes to the reduction of the specific friction force during deforming broaching. The use of this composite as an anti-friction technological coating made it possible to raise the contact pressure at СPD of parts made of titanium alloys from 1.7 to 3.2 GPa. The results of the work have been tested at the enterprise NPF ADVISMASH LLC (town of Khmelnitsky). Keywords: technological epoxy polysiloxane coating, deforming broaching, titanium alloys, sticking, creep.
