The scientifical research reveals the effectiveness of dyslipidaemia diagnosis and treatment in patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus on the basis of sortilinemia, carbohydrate, lipid metabolism, cardioghemodynamics studying as well as features of coronary artery disease determination. The study shows a significant increase of sortilin level in patients with coronary heart disease on the background of type 2 diabetes, which indicates a direct link between sortilin level and the presence of type 2 diabetes. The obtained results indicate that patients with comorbid pathology of sortilinemia higher level have a significant increase of such coronary arteries damage as the left coronary artery, the left anterior descending coronary artery, the left obliquely coronary artery, the left branch of the left coronary artery, the right coronary artery. This fact can prove the existence of a significant connection between sortilinemia level and atherosclerotic changes in the coronary arteries. It has been shown that IIb dyslipidaemia type is more common in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, which is considered to be more atherogenic with coronary artery disease and is associated with a more severe course of cardiovascular disease. The usage efficiency of combined hypolipidemic therapy schemes with the purpose of dyslipidaemia treatment individualization in patients with comorbidity of coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus in conditions of positive influence on the investigated parameters in the examined patients due to reduction of atherogenic and increase of antiatherogenic fractions is substantiated.
