In the dissertation are investigated the theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical aspects of innovative-investment mechanism perfection, formation and meat and meat products' market development. The scientific research methodology is proposed and the theoretical and methodical approach to the formation of the innovation-investment mechanism is improved, taking into account the combination of market mechanism key elements and state regulation peculiarities.
