Essay

Dissertation work is sanctified to the questions ofdevelopment of flexible warm soundproof wares withincrease operating properties on the basis of the modifiedbasaltic fibre and development of technology of theirproduction. The flexible are worked out warm soundproof wares on thebasis of basaltic fibre with an increase efficiency that isarrived at due to the directed forming of microstructure offibre by modification of fusion. It is known that chemical composition of initial fusion notidentically influences on physical and chemical andmechanical properties of basaltic fibres. Structuraldescriptions of fusion and basaltic fibre got from him appearmain factors the nearer, than high speed of cooling. Thisindex, mainly, depends on such constituents: а)temperatures of environment; b) coefficient of heatconducting; c) heatconducting of fusion; d) areas ofsurfac.By researches influence of temperature of basaltic fusionwas shown on the structure of fibres. Than more subzerotemperature of receipt of working descriptions of fusion (idest than less than temperature interval of melting) and lesstime of temperature selfcontrol of basaltic fusion, that in agreater degree there is proceeding structures at the receipt of fibres. Studied conformities to law of change of properties of fusiondepending on introduction of modifiers of FeO, Fe2O3,La,Li,K,Na. Worked out principles of receipt ofmicrocellular structure of fibres and the mechanism offorming of by volume microcellular structure of fibre isoffered. Basic physics mechanical descriptions of the got fibreand wares are certain on his basis. The flexible are got warm soundproof wares on the basis ofthe modified basaltic fibre, operating descriptions arestudied and efficiency of their use is wellproven.
