Serov A. Scientific and methodological support of reforming of the markets of housing management services

The object of the research is the creation of scientific and methodological support to the reform of the housing stock management system in Ukraine on the services markets. The aim is to develop a scientific and methodological support for the reforming of housing services management services markets in Ukraine. Methods of research: analysis and synthesis in determining the problems of institutional support for the functioning of local markets for housing and communal services as an important element of the system for ensuring the development of modern economies; logical generalization - to determine the main elements of the system of institutional provision of functioning of local markets for utilities; synergistic approach - to determine the socio-economic effect of the disadvantages of institutional provision of functioning of local markets for housing and utilities; comparison and grouping - to organize the objects of local markets within the economic system of the country. Theoretical and practical results: can be used by profile committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in the development and implementation of the principles of state regulation of the development of housing and communal services in Ukraine. Scientific novelty: theoretical generalization and proposed a new solution to the actual scientific problem, which consists in the development of scientific and methodological support for housing market reform services.
