This thesis describes the vertical (communicative-pragmatic blocks), and horizontal (a mixed compositional-speech form "statement with specifying / commentary constituents") structure of the texts of German tax legislation. It also provides the models for terminological and thematic field "BESTEUERNG" with kernel and peripheral elements, as well as word-formation nests for selected terms. The research outlines the collegiate author’s intention, strategies and tactics, describing the graphic and verbal means of linguopragmatic techniques realization.
