Khomenko A. Management of financial security of dairy enterprises

The key characteristics of the financial security management of dairy enterprises are highlighted, as well as theoretical and methodological approaches to the implementation and assessment of the financial security level of dairy enterprises. A systematic analysis of factors and trends in the development of dairy enterprises in the Western region of Ukraine. A methodological approach is proposed through the introduction of a system of interconnected financial indicators in the context of forming a strategy for ensuring the financial security of the enterprise. A systematic and comprehensive assessment of the financial security level of dairy enterprises was carried out, a cluster analysis of the identification of the features of the financial security management mechanism of the enterprises was carried out, as well as a characteristic of development and an analysis of their external environment. The scientific approach to the formation of the financial security management system of dairy enterprises is proposed, the directions of improving the management of the assets and liabilities structure of the studied enterprises in the context of ensuring their financial security are defined, as well as the bases for the implementation of the financial security strategy.
