Bila-Tiurina Y. Administrative and legal regulation of services provided by the National Police of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the peculiarities of the administrative and legal regulation of the provision of services by the National Police of Ukraine and the definition of means of strengthening the service function in the activity of this body with the purpose of adapting it to the standards of police activity and increasing the level of public confidence. The concept and nature of services provided by the National Police of Ukraine are defined. It is proposed to consider police services in a narrow and broad sense. The services provided by the National Police of Ukraine have been systematized, and additional criteria for their classification have been proposed by: the degree of individualization of the service, the exclusiveness of their provision and the focus on the implementation of the tasks of this body.
