Bykov I. Legal Administrative Support for Approximation of Customs Legislation of Ukraine to EU Standards

Approximation of the national customs legislation to the EU standards means essentially improvement of national standards, rules and regulations, which are a basis for administration and enforcement of the law. The above circumstances have highlighted the need for separate academic presentation of legal administrative support for approximation of the national customs legislation to the standards of the European Union. The first section identifies behaviour pattern and offers a concept for historical periodization of the process of approximation of the national customs legislation to the EU standards. The paper describes logical evolutionary stages of the process of approximation of the customs legislation of Ukraine to the EU standards.
