Serohina-Berestovska O. State regulation of the development of rural social infrastructure.

Object of study: state regulation processes by the development of rural social infrastructure in Ukraine. Purpose: scientific and theoretical justification and development of practical recommendations for improving state regulation of rural social infrastructure development. Methods: analysis and synthesis, logical, dialectic, generalization method, integrated and systemic approaches, monographic method, statistical analysis, comparison and, abstract-logical method. The results are theoretically grounded and scientifically developed practical recommendations for improving state regulation of rural social infrastructure development. Novelty: a theoretically justified conceptual approach to improving social infrastructure in rural areas and increasing the effectiveness of planning and processing a strategy for the quality of rural development; the scientific approach to the implementation of the comprehensive mechanism of state regulation of rural social infrastructure development has been improved; forecast scenarios for the development of social infrastructure in rural areas of the Kharkov region; further development of the way to improve the economic component of the comprehensive mechanism of state regulation of rural social infrastructure through the direction of the totality of such methods and means; areas of application of world experience in the functioning of mechanisms of state regulation of rural development in Ukraine; the conceptual apparatus of public administration by clarifying the essence of the concept of "state regulation of the development of rural social infrastructure". Implemented by the Department of Economics and International Relations of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, the Office of Social Protection of the Population of the Starobelsky District State Administration of the Lugansk Region, the Department of Political Science and Philosophy of the Kharkov Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
