Based on clinical examination and questionnaire of patients with edentulous jaws, the medical and social necessity of developing domestic adhesive materials for the first time to improve the stabilization of complete removable plastic prostheses. The development and implementation of a domestic adhesive materials that meets the modern requirements allows to improve the quality of stabilization and fixation of complete removable plastic prostheses, which is especially important in patients under complex anatomical and physiological conditions of prosthetic plate tissues to accelerate the process of adaptation with complete dentures. Through the investigation of qualitative characteristics (based on the Central Laboratory of the domestic manufacturer of stomatological materials - JSC "Stoma" (Kharkiv, Ukraine) and the Department of Orthopedic Dentistry of the KhNMU), a new adhesive material based on dimethyl-carbendiciloxymethyl was developed and introduced into the production of JSC "Stoma" for stabilization of complete removable dentures. The number of the representative needs of Kharkiv population in treatment with complete removable dentures for the period 2013-2017 is 37% or 370 persons per 1000 people, who needed dental orthopedic help, namely: in 2014 - 12.8% or 128 people According C.D. Spielberg's scale we evaluated the psycho-emotional status, the level of reactive and personal anxiety. We can conclude that patients with edentulous (partial, complete), and as the result the presence of complete removable dentures- have moderate personal and reactive anxiety. But, patients with edentulous (partial, complete), having dentures, but do not use them, characterized by high personal and reactive anxiety; in 2015 - 12.3% or 123 people; in 2016 - 11.9% or 119 people. It has been found out that the permanent microbiote of acrylic bases surfaces of CRD is characterized by next features: the presence of aerobic and anaerobic species, and its forme at stages of orthopedic treatment is changing. A comparative evaluation of the bacterial contamination of the bases proves that their surface after 14 days is characterized by an increase in BC due to Candida albicans - before treatment 1,6±0,1, after 14 days - 2,3±0,1, after 30 days - 2,6±0,1 ACFU; p<0,05). Practically significant is the domestic adhesive material of AMDK, which has been introduced into industrial production and clinical practice. The results of laboratory tests helped to ensure the optimal parameters of the new adhesive material, and the study of its clinical and technological properties improved the quality of treatment of patients with adverse types of toothless jaws and classes of prosthetic plate with complete removable plastic prostheses. The proposed adhesive material, which is created on the basis of domestic ingredients, is designed to improve the stabilization of complete removable plastic prostheses on a prosthetic plate, accelerate the adaptation to full removable plastic prostheses, is biosecurity, promotes the prevention of allergic reactions and reduces the process of atrophy of tissue atrophy. These studies make it possible to recommend the domestic adhesive material in the clinic of orthopedic dentistry.
