Hapko Y. The financial legal regulation of the investment activity in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of theoretical foundations of financial and legal regulation of state investment activity, determination of tasks and main directions of activity of state authorities in the sphere of state investment, development of practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of law – making and law enforcement activity in the sphere of state investment activity. Some financial and legal categories in the sphere of investment activity of the state have been determined. The legal nature of public relations regarding public investment has been characterized. The administrative-legal and financial-legal regulation of the investment activity of the state has been distinguished.
