The dissertation is devoted to the study of platelet activity and von Willebrand factor, as a marker of endothelial activation, in patients with H in combination with COPD. In patients with H in the presence of COPD an increase in platelet activity (confirmed at the microstructural level) and activity of von Willebrand factor was revealed. An increase in platelet adhesion, von Willebrand factor activity with an increase in indicator of total cardiovascular risk (CVR) has been proven. The features of platelet activation and von Willebrand factor under the influence of the classical factors of CVR and systemic inflammation, it's severity was estimated by the level of ultrasensitive C-reactive protein, have been determined. The features of dyslipidemia, the negative effect of bronchial obstruction on the nutritional status of patients have been specified. The activation of platelet and coagulation hemostasis on the background of increased BMI and dyslipidemia has been determined. The data on the association of systemic inflammation with CVR, the increase in its severity against the background of bronchoobstruction and the effect on the activation of the coagulation hemostasis have been supplemented. The decrease in the functional activity of platelets and von Willebrand factor under the using of L-arginine in comorbid patients with H and COPD has been proved.
