Teslya A. Organizational-Economic Mechanism of Stimulating the Development of Intellectual Capital in the Conditions of Transformation in the Economy of Ukraine

Object: the processes of formation and development of the intellectual sphere of the national economy of Ukraine under the conditions of its transformation. Purpose: To analyze the structure and mechanisms of stimulating the development of intellectual capital in the modern economy of Ukraine. Methods: systematic approach; structural-logical and semantic analysis; quantitative and qualitative comparisons; statistical analysis, graphical methods and integral evaluation method; analog method; system-structural analysis and modeling. It is offered: classification characteristics of the institutional base of intellectual capital development, principles and methodology of structural evaluation of intellectual capital of Ukraine; mechanisms of institutional influence on the development of domestic intellectual capital..
