The dissertation provides a new solution for the scientific problem related to the effective management of industrial enterprises at various stages of its life cycle by substantiating theoretical and methodological outlooks and providing practical recommendations for the introduction of strategic anti-crisis management activities of the enterprise. Thus, the strategic anti-crisis management of the company combines in its entirety: achievement of strategic goals, implementation of tactical tasks and implementation of crisis management at all stages of the life cycle; continuous risk and operational risk prevention and forecasting and rapid adaptation to environmental change; development of mechanisms and tools for monitoring and monitoring of risks, threats and crises; forming an anti-crisis toolkit aimed at avoiding and overcoming risks, threats and crises, and restoring the normal activities of an industrial enterprise. The conceptual apparatus conceptual apparatus of strategic anti-crisis management of the activity of an industrial enterprise, in particular the content of the concepts of "risk", "threat", "anti-crisis management", "strategic anti-crisis management of the activity of an industrial enterprise", is analyzed and specified. In order to assess the strategic crisis management of an industrial enterprise, an improved comprehensive assessment of strategic crisis management, based on the following key provisions, has been developed: based on the calculation of the integral indicator of the effectiveness of the strategic anti-crisis management of the enterprise; the integral indicator is calculated on the basis of financial indicators and corrected on the author's determined non-financial indicators calculated on the ball system and characterize the quality of management and management level; the level of effectiveness of the strategic anti-crisis management of the enterprise is determined on the basis of the author's developed scale of identification, which corresponds to the phases of the company's life cycle and the levels of stability and manageability of the enterprise. The matrix of tasks of strategic anti-crisis management of the activity of an industrial enterprise in which the task of management corresponds to certain phases of the life cycle of the industrial enterprise, the levels of stability and management of the activity of the enterprise is developed, which allows to immediately determine the essence of the tasks of management at this stage and the essence of anti-crisis measures that need to be taken by owners and executives enterprises at this stage of life. In order to improve the methodology of evaluation and diagnosis of the financial status and quality of management of the industrial enterprise, an improved integrated indicator of the effectiveness of strategic crisis management of the enterprise was proposed, which takes into account the financial performance of the enterprise, and also involves taking into account the value of the adjustment indicator, which is determined by the results of the evaluation and calculation of nonfinancial indicators of assessing the effectiveness of strategic crisis management enterprise. The perspective directions of further scientific researches on the theme of the dissertation are determined, among them: mechanisms and tools of strategic crisis management, taking into account constant changes of the external environment; creation of risk management systems; continuous minimization of the common risks and threats of the industrial enterprise.
