Essay

The dissertation provides a new solution for the scientific problem related to the management of the activities of tourism enterprises through by substantiating the theoretical and methodological principles and providing practical recommendations on the use of the concept of innovative strategic resources, existing and potential innovations of the enterprise, innovative development of social infra structures for employees of the enterprise, which involves, first, the development of a strategic plan for the innovative development of the tourism enterprise using the model "product-market" and parallel development of the most important elements of the innovative strategic management of the tourism enterprise, and second, the construction of a matrix diagram of innovation development based on the previous comprehensive evaluation of innovation efficiency and resource potential; third, an effective mechanism to control and adjust innovation plans round of tourism enterprise. To evaluate the effectiveness of innovation and innovation strategy of the tourism enterprise, a methodology for integrated assessment, which is implemented by evaluating the resource potential of the tourism enterprise, including the full range of resource components, both in the current conjuncture, and in the medium and long term. The types of innovative infrastructure are classified and substantiated, classified by the following criteria: scale of development, level of efficiency, level of specialization, ownership, form of organization, life cycle stage, features of structure, degree of significance, level of development, degree and possibility of transformation, degree and possibility of transformation, life cycle type. For the formation of effective tourist clusters, the method of clustering of tourist enterprises was improved with the help of methods of fuzzy modeling based on MatLab mathematical platform and method of fuzzy clustering of C-averages, based on the selected main indicators of clustering (number of tourists subjected to tourism; the volume of tourist services provided), which, unlike the existing ones, allows splitting the existing set of clustering objects into a given number of fuzzy sets and, based on the use of a fuzzy membership matrix U with elements uij, determine the degree of affiliation of a particular element of the original set to the corresponding cluster. The mechanism of improving the competitiveness of the tourist product by organizing recreational and tourist complexes and clusters, monitoring the market for tourist services, optimizing the impact of economic levers on tourist activity, and also developed a scheme of cluster development of tourist enterprises of the Ukrainian Carpathians, which provides technical and economic substantiation construction of new "anchor" tourist sites. The scientific-practical recommendations for improving the principles of management of the activity of tourist enterprises of the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine are reviewed.
