Moroz Y. Bodies of the State Financial Control as the Subjects of Administrative and Delictiual Process in Ukraine.

Thesis is a new research, in which the activity of the state financial control bodies as the subjects of the administrative and tort process is revealed in a complex way, taking into account modern methods of cognition, the achievements of domestic and foreign legal science, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries. It is pointed out that, despite the existing significant scientific basis in the field of financial control, some fragmentation in the study of the participation of state financial control bodies in the administrative and tort process is traced. The provision of the Accounting Chamber and the bodies of the State Audit Office of Ukraine with the right to draw up reports on administrative violations necessitates the study of this direction of their activities.
