Yushkevych K. Administrative law principles of protection and defence of forest fund of Ukraine

The thesis deals with theoretical generalization and new decision of scientific task resulted in relation to the features of protection and defence of forest fund by the norms of administrative law. The complexity of relations in the field of protection and defence of forest fund is related to several aspects: a) display in the different spheres of public life and cross-discipline value of base concept “forest”; b) attributing it to the sphere of adjusting and providing of the different fields of law protective norms; c) association of different constituents which are related to the pattern of ownership on the forests. Predominance by comparison to other industries of right in relations with protection and defence of forest fund of administrative law constituent is related to transformation of the system of right for Ukraine as a whole, by the change of limits of a particular branch division.
