Essay

In the dissertation the actual scientific and technical problem of justification of conditions of increase of safety of work of miners in dredging sites of deep mines which develop coal seams of inclined and abrupt bedding is solved. The problem was solved on the basis of established characteristics and patterns of geomechanical processes that occur in the anisotropic coal massif unloading and contribute to the stability side of the rocks due to the reduction of dynamic loads in case of sudden collapse of rocks. As a result of the research it was found that under the influence of the external force on the roof rocks, when the roof is based on filling mass with the interstitial space of M>20%, the displacements of the settling thickness reach the maximum values. At interstitial space M≤6%, the bulk density increases, as a result of the manifestations of dynamic loads, the destruction of roof rocks and collapse into the mine. A smooth deflection of the rock strata behind the stope occurs while maintaining the roof reservoir mortgages array that has voidness M=(7-20)% and consists of a heterogeneous particle size loosened rocks, helps reduce stress-strain state of the side of rocks and effectiveness of measures to protect miners. The level of injury of miners in the preparatory mines is reduced, and the operational condition of these mines is improved by the construction of pliable supports over the drive. It is established that there is a dependence between the convergence of lateral rocks on the contour of the drive and the change in the stiffness of security structures. It is determined by the time factor, the magnitude of the external force and the type of security structure. The effectiveness of the protection of precinct development mines is proposed to evaluate the change in cross sectional area and stiffness of protected structures. The methods of increasing the stability of mine workings, based on the principle of local unloading due to the construction of rock near the workings of rubble strips or the use of goaf stowing in the conduct of treatment works and aimed at improving the safety of miners in the excavation areas of deep mines. The main focus of the work is characterized as social - provides increased safety in the excavation areas of deep mines. All developed solutions are aimed at creating conditions for safe mining operations and reducing the level of injuries.
