Kluban M. Administrative and legal principles of introduction of electronic education in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of the concepts of electronic education, information technologies, electronic textbook, informatization of education, e-learning, besides its advantages and disadvantages are defined. The essence and place of e-education in the structure of education of Ukraine are determined; scientific-methodical provision of electronic education, administrative and legal regulation of introduction and implementation of e-education in Ukraine is analyzed. The state control in the sphere of electronic education and the institutional component of the provision of e-education in Ukraine are investigated. Particular attention is paid to the current issues of the possibilities of using foreign experience in the introduction and implementation of e-learning in our country. As a result of the study, proposals were made to improve the legislation on the introduction of e-education in Ukraine. The introduction of e-learning is precisely the mechanism that provides the use of existing information resources to improve the quality of education.
