Novikov V. Informational and analytical support of the state-owned objects management

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological principles, methodological provisions and practical recommendations to be used for analytical provision of the state property objects management as well as the directions for its improvement in order to increase the state assets return value. It was improved the conceptual provisions concerning the implementation of the state policy of economic entities management, the mechanism for its implementation, in particular, information and analytical provision of the state sector management . It was prposed new system of indicators reflecting such directions as accounting for state property objects, management of them, functioning of the public sector and its reforming; the size of the public sector (including state), its effectiveness and influence on the development of the country's economy as a whole. Methodological provisions on monitoring the effectiveness of the state property objects management are specified.
