Varshavets Y. Criminalistic characteristic of the crimes committed against collection of money by robbery

In the dissertation it is in a complex investigated criminalistic characteristic of the crimes committed against collection of money by robbery. Theoretical approaches to formation of criminalistic characteristic of this type of crime are considered and its basic elements are opened: way of commission of crime; a situation of the committed crime; trace picture of an event; characteristic of the identity of the criminal. Features of initial investigative (search) actions, especially great attention is paid on survey of the place of commission of crime as this investigative action has essential value at investigation of crimes of the money committed against collection by robbery are revealed. The attention to what first of all needs to be made on arrival of operational-investigations group to the place of crime commission is paid. The role of the investigator in coordination of actions between all participants of operational-investigations group is shown.
