Saliy S. Legal regulation of public financial activities in Ukraine in the context of interaction with international financial organizations

Legal regulation of public financial activities of Ukraine in terms of interaction with international financial organizations (IFOs) in the area of budget legal relations, taxation system, banking services market, banking supervision and financial monitoring is comprehensively explored and systematically analyzed in the thesis. The types and directions of activities of IFOs that interact with Ukraine are determined. The proposals and recommendations for improving the legal regulation and development of Ukraine's cooperation with the IFOs are developed. The draft Strategy of Ukraine's interaction with international financial organizations is proposed as a program document, that on the basis of study results includes the formation of a competent institutional structure for cooperation with the IFOs through the creation of an Expert Council on cooperation with international financial organizations.
