Essay

The object of study: features of the textures of films obtained by drying saline solutions of biopolymers. Objective: to identify the relationship between the influence of chemical and physical factors on the textures of films obtained from saline solutions of biopolymers, and to elucidate the mechanisms of the influence of biopolymer state on the textures. Research methods: infrared, ultraviolet and fluorescence spectroscopies, microwave dielectrometry, dynamic and electrophoretic light scattering, pH measurement, optical microscopy and digital image processing. Scientific novelty: the paper presents evidence of the influence of biopolymer's structural state on the formation and characteristics of zigzag patterns on the surface of films. Practical value: application in analytical biotechnology, medical equipment and pharmaceutical industry.
