Kovalenko V. Diagnostics in the management of economic safety of the enterprise.

The dissertation defines fundamental theoretical, methodical and practical aspects concerning formation of the diagnostic system in the management of economic safety of the enterprise. The dissertation has offered a theoretical generalisation of new complex approaches to the formation of the system of diagnostics in the management of economic safety of light industry enterprises. For the adoption of any management decision, including the management of the economic safety of the enterprise, the methodological principles for the diagnosis of the level of economic safety of the enterprise, the influence of factors and the forecast of changes in economic safety in accordance with the established principles, the observance of which should ensure the formation of operational system, a flexible and integrated system for diagnosing economic safety of the enterprise. In the course of the research, the components of the economic safety of the enterprise were indentified. Structural-logical model of management of economic safety of the enterprise has been developed on the basis of diagnostics, which includes organizational and functional subsystems.
