Vlasova K. Innovative strategy of development of enterprises of agroindustrial complex of Ukraine in modern conditions

The dissertation research substantiates theoretical and methodological principles and develops practical recommendations for implementation of innovative development strategy based on the corporate social responsibility of agroindustrial enterprises. The current state of implementation of socio-economic projects and their importance in solving social problems at the regional, state and city levels is considered and analyzed on the example of leading Ukrainian agroholding companies. A meaningful analysis of corporate social responsibility - a dominant factor in the socio-economic development of the agro-industrial complex, as well as problems and perspectives of the implementation of corporate social responsibility in Ukraine. A cascading model of the life cycle of a socio-economic project for a socially responsible enterprise has been developed. Objective necessity of introduction of corporate social responsibility in conditions of socio-economic development of agroindustrial complex is proved.
