The dissertation deals with the problem of legal relations in the field of administrative legal proceedings. The concepts and peculiarities of such legal relationships are revealed. The structure of legal relations in the field of administrative legal proceedings is determined by disclosing the features of the subject and object of such legal relations. As a result, the method of delineation of the object of material and procedural administrative-legal relations was proposed.
