Popova-Koriak K. Features of the legal regulation of labor of scientific-pedagogical workers

In scientific work, on the basis of theoretical conclusions and generalizations of legal scholars, international acts, normative legal acts of Ukraine, a comparative analysis of the labor legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries, judicial practice, the features of the legal regulation of labor of scientific-pedagogical workers are defined and characterized. The concept and features of scientific-pedagogical activity are studied, characterized as the basis for the differentiation of the legal regulation of the work of scientific-pedagogical workers. The concept of a scientific-pedagogical worker is defined as a subject of a special type of work – scientific-pedagogical activity. The historical retrospective of the formation and development of the legal regulation of labor of scientific-pedagogical workers in Ukraine is traced. Characterized the right to work of scientific-pedagogical workers and the specifics of the mechanism for its implementation. The features of the conclusion of an employment contract and features of the termination of an employment contract with scientific-pedagogical workers are identified. The features of the legal regulation of working time and rest time, remuneration of labor of scientific-pedagogical workers are revealed.
