Vlasenko D. National Police of Ukraine: Administrative and Legal Aspects of Formation and Development

The dissertation is devoted to problematic administrative and legal aspects of the formation and development of the National Police of Ukraine. The historical-legal background of formation, methodological aspects of the system approach to the formation and development of the National Police of Ukraine, as well as the administrative and legal principles of formation and development of the National Police of Ukraine are researched. The administrative and legal factors of formation and administrative activity, peculiarities of the administrative and legal status of the National Police of Ukraine and administrative mechanisms of its interaction and coordination with other state and non-governmental organizations are analyzed. The international and European experience of the formation and administrative activity of the police authorities, as well as the current state and prospects of the reform of the National Police of Ukraine is researched. The ways of improving the legislation on the formation and development of the National Police of Ukraine are determined.
