Lischuk B. Administrative and legal provision of tactical training of policemen in Ukraine

The thesis contains a comprehensive and systematic study of the administrative and legal provision of tactical training of policemen in Ukraine. The understanding of tactical training in the system of training of police officers is revealed. The concept has been formed, the normatively-legal support in the field of tactical training of the police is disclosed. The classification of types of tactical training of policemen is developed. The author defines the mechanism of administrative and legal provision of tactical training of police in Ukraine, discloses the essence and elements of this mechanism. The powers of state bodies as subjects of administration in the sphere of tactical raining of police in Ukraine are considered. The implementation of domestic professional training of police international experience has been analyzed and proposed. Areas of improvement of the administrative and legal provision of tactical preparation of policemen in Ukraine are described. The amendments and additions to the current normative-legal acts concerning the administrative and legal provision of tactical training of policemen in Ukraine are proposed.
