Essay

The dissertation considers which optimal models of evolution are characteristic for different groups of proteins, and questions concerning the use of codons in genotypes of streptomyces. This, in turn, involves studying the contextual dependence on the use of codons and the model of evolutionary substitution of codons. As for the latter, a new web service for coding substitutions is offered - cTools (http://biotools.online). Also, the decoding accuracy of the rare in streptomyces of the leucine codon TTA is calculated. In the course of the dissertation, TTA-specific koma-inducible reporter systems based on β-galactosidase gene-sco3479 (lacZsc) have also been developed, and examples of the use of such a system for studying the expression of TTA-containing genes are provided.
