Tereshchenko A. Information technologies of product's quality assurance at the design stage under the process approach to enterprise quality manage

In the thesis was formulated and solved an actual scientific task of the development and application of information technologies for pharmaceutical product's quality assurance by standards at the design stage under the process approach to enterprise quality management. Analysis of the problem to development and application of object-oriented information technologies to product quality assurance at the design stage showed that the robust design of the production process requires further development along with a study of the causal relationships of multidimensional critical production parameters and critical attributes of product's quality. These main provisions are the essence of scientific problems that are resolved in the thesis. Using the example of healthcare SME, the thesis presents a solving to the problem of patients’ remote data collection and its processing as a commodity in accordance with the full life cycle process based on the use of ERP- logic. The developed applied fundamentals for building a corporate integrated information system allowed creating a utility model for the method of obtaining, processing and data exchanging about objects using ERP- logic. Scientific research results are a contribution to the development of information technology for the analysis and synthesis of structural, informational and functional models of objects and processes that are automated.
