Haioshko O. Prevention of alveolitis

Dissertational work is devoted to the study of the features of the flow after the surgical period in the removal of teeth in 160 patients. In Ukraine, it has been observed for a long time not only the tendency with an increasing number of patients that needed the teeth extraction but also the patients with complications in the post-surgical period. A considerable percent of complications with the teeth extractions was influenced by the general and local factors of the human organism. The general factors include general economic, scientific-technical and political life conditions that caused the fall of the living standard, the lowering of the cultural and general-somatic health of the population, the worsening of the ecological surrounding with technogenic environment pollution. The local factors include the hygienic state of the oral cavity, periodontal tissues disease, caries, and its complication. It has been proved that the course of the postsurgical period depends not only on the microbial flora but also on the degree of the organism sensitization. The numerous scholars’ researches proved that in the postsurgical period the oral cavity surgical interferences outcomes were influenced abundantly with the medicine fixation technique in the specific medium of the oral cavity. The tough, semi-tough and soft bandages were used more often for the best medicine fixation in the oral cavity.
