The dissertation is focused on the development of theoretical principles of administrative and legal provision of public administration activities in the field of public health care. The author of the dissertation has defined the concept and has clarified the essence of the category of «public health». The right to public health care has been characterized; and its essence, legal nature, place in the system of law and source have been defined. The system of subjects of public administration in the field of public health care has been revealed. The author has analyzed the basic principles and has studied the current state of administrative and legal provision of administrative and procedural activity of public administration subjects in the field of public health care.
