The dissertation is the first comprehensive investigation of criminal responsibility for the bribery of an official of a legal entity of private law, regardless of the organizational and legal form, carried out using the provisions of the theory of knowledge, with the study, disclosure and synthesis of historical and contemporary achievements of criminal law, international and foreign experience, with the establishment of characteristics such a bribe, an analysis of its objective and subjective crimes provided for in Art. 368-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as with the development of scientifically substantiated proposals on the improvement of the legislation of Ukraine on criminal liability for this crime and the practice of its application.
