Orlova N. Features of legal regulation of labor relations of water transport employees.

The work presents a study of features of legal regulation of labor relations of water transport employees. The dissertation determines factors of differentiation of legal regulation of labor relations of water transport employees. Theoretical approaches to the definition of the legal status of a water transport employee are studied. The research also outlines peculiarities of regulation of labor relations of water transport employees in certain institutes of labor law. As a result of the theoretical research, the dissertation formulates proposals for amending the present legislation, which will improve the legal regulation of labor relations on water transport.
