Dissertation is devoted to the scientific development of the provisions of the theoretical and practical nature of the methodic for investigating crimes related to the infection with the human immunodeficiency virus or other incurable infectious disease or venereal disease. The complex analysis of the main elements of criminological characteristics of crimes of this type.
