Dissertation is sanctified to complex research of problems, related to investigation assassinations perfect with the use of explosive devices. Criminalistics description of the marked crimes is given, certainly to track picture of crime and typical inquisitional situations, organization of planning of investigation and form of international cooperation is outlined in criminal realization. The study of the concept and content of the investigation of terrorist acts committed with the use of explosive devices is based on the achievements of Soviet, as well as contemporary domestic and foreign scholars. Tactical features are worked out from realization of separate inquisitional (of criminal investigation) actions: review, search, detention, interrogation and judicial examinations. The types of secret inquisitional (of criminal investigation) actions and tactics of their realization are certain.
